Option 1 > Coffee Break Sponsorship
Sponsors support daily networking breaks at the conference.
BENEFITS
• Logo placement on the EDRA56 Halifax webpage, web app, and conference proceedings.
• One complimentary full conference registration
• A sponsor-named coffee break (one per day). OR
• A sponsored table and a special recognition of the sponsor at the beginning of a Mobile Session.

Option 2 > 2. Mobile Session Sponsorship
Sponsors are highlighted during sessions that explore Halifax’s local projects and places.
BENEFITS
• Logo placement as above
• Recognition at the session’s opening.
• Sponsored table during the Mobile Session.

Policies
Cancellation of sponsorship before MARCH 1, 2025, will result in a $250 release fee. If cancellation is received by EDRA HQ after March 1, 2025 there is no refund of fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to EDRA Headquarters. It is understood this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by EDRA, and incorporated into this contract are the attached terms, conditions, rules and regulations. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come basis.
Please add the chosen option in the NOTES section of the online order, and send your company logo in .png format to conference@edra.org.
