EDRA53 Registration Information

Join us at EDRA53 Greenville! Through ‘Health in all Design’, EDRA 53 invites a multidisciplinary community of practitioners and researchers to engage in a conversation about the role of the built environment in promoting health, equity, sustainability, and resilience as we move beyond the pandemic.

The conference offers one-of-a-kind networking opportunities and educational sessions, transformative plenary and keynote lectures, conference intensives, workshops, virtual mobile sessions, award ceremonies, and opportunities to gain Continuing Education credits from various professional organizations. A tentative schedule, subject to change, is available here.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through this online form. Requests received by April 16, 2022, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. No-shows are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

EDRA strives for an affordable EDRA53 Greenville conference and we offer special discounts to students and members of partners organizations IAPS, MERA, and EBRA.

EDRA53 is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for those of you who cannot physically attend the conference June 2-4, 2022, in Greenville, SC. We are offering a virtual package to access two keynote speeches, two plenary sessions, eight group presentations, banquet, award ceremonies, and more. These offerings will be broadcasted in real-time through the internet over the three-day conference. The cost to access the live stream sessions is $150 for general audiences and $50 for EDRA student members. You can register for this option here.

If you are a presenter, or wish to attend our conference in person, please register for either a Full Conference or One-Day ticket. Registration fees are based on membership status. Those registering for the conference as EDRA members will need to ensure that their membership is active at the time of the conference, and logged in to receive member pricing at registration. If you don’t know your password, you may reset it here.

Members of our partner organizations IAPS, MERA, and EBRA can receive a special rate by submitting a request here.

*STUDENT NON-MEMBERS PRICING*
Students who do not wish to become EDRA members can still receive a reduced non-member pricing. Please complete this form to request a promo code for the non-member student rate (proof of student status required). Or, consider joining EDRA as a student member for $75 to receive our lowest student rate and enjoy all of the benefits of being an EDRA member! CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted through this online form. Requests received by April 16, 2022, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative charge. EDRA reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. EDRA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation.

PHOTO/AUDIO/VIDEO RELEASE

As part of our mission to provide education, best practices and other information from leaders in their fields, speakers, panelists and audience members should be aware that we may record all or part of the events we organize, including comments from speakers, panelists, and audience members. The resulting raw and edited materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings, and associated verbatim transcripts, may be used by EDRA, without restriction, in press releases, white papers, convention collateral, websites and other publications.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including EDRA volunteers) may capture your image in photos and videos. Nevertheless, EDRA encourages event attendees to exercise common sense and good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the Events. EDRA uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including publication on the EDRA website. If you see any photos or profiles about yourself on the site that you would like removed, please contact us at headquarters@edra.org.
