EDRA53 Cancellation Request Form

EDRA53 Cancellation REQUEST form

We are sorry you have decided to cancel your registration. Requests received by April 16, 2022, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. No-shows are NOT refundable under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the form below. Requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please allow 14 business days for the processing of a refund.
