December 1, 2018 Early Bird Registration Opens.
December 7, 2018 Acceptance notification to all authors and presenters.
Week of February 4, 2019 Abstract revisions due. Presenter registration due. (NOT DUE: Full paper and visual materials for posters and shorts.)
