Policies
Cancellation of table space or sponsorship before April 30, 2022, will result in a $250 release fee. If cancellation is received by EDRA HQ after April 30, 2022, there is no refund of fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to EDRA Headquarters. It is understood this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by EDRA, and incorporated into this contract are the attached terms, conditions, rules and regulations. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come basis.
