EDRA54 Registration Information

Join us at EDRA54 Mexico city! Through ‘Environment and health: Global/local challenges and actions’, EDRA 54 invites a multidisciplinary community of practitioners and researchers to engage in a conversation about the impact of environmental design and research at local and global scales.

The conference offers one-of-a-kind networking opportunities and educational sessions, transformative plenary and keynote lectures, conference intensives, workshops, virtual mobile sessions, award ceremonies, and opportunities to gain Continuing Education credits from various professional organizations. A tentative schedule will be announced in 2023.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through this online form. Requests received by April 16, 2023, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $60 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. No-shows are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

If you are a presenter, or wish to attend our conference in person, please register for a Full Conference ticket. Registration fees are based on membership status. Those registering for the conference as EDRA members will need to ensure that their membership is active at the time of the conference, and logged in to receive member pricing at registration. If you don’t know your password, you may reset it here. Members of our partner organizations IAPS, MERA, and EBRA can receive a special rate by submitting a request here.

Students who do not wish to become EDRA members can still receive a reduced non-member pricing. Please complete this form to request a promo code for the non-member student rate (proof of student status required). Or, consider joining EDRA as a student member for $75 to receive our lowest student rate and enjoy all of the benefits of being an EDRA member! Registration terms and conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted through this online form. Requests received by April 16, 2023, will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $60 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. No-shows are NOT refundable under any circumstances. EDRA reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. EDRA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation.

Per standard of the Payment Card Industry, EDRA has met the requirements of the Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). In order to protect your privacy, please do not email your credit card information to our office.

PHOTO/AUDIO/VIDEO RELEASE

As part of our mission to provide education, best practices and other information from leaders in their fields, speakers, panelists and audience members should be aware that we may record all or part of the events we organize, including comments from speakers, panelists, and audience members. The resulting raw and edited materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings, and associated verbatim transcripts, may be used by EDRA, without restriction, in press releases, white papers, convention collateral, websites and other publications.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including EDRA volunteers) may capture your image in photos and videos. Nevertheless, EDRA encourages event attendees to exercise common sense and good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the Events. EDRA uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including publication on the EDRA website. If you see any photos or profiles about yourself on the site that you would like removed, please contact us at headquarters@edra.org.
