EDRA48 Madison is the premier conference for all environmental design professionals with:

  • unparalleled opportunities to connect and network with other EDRA members,
  • expand and strengthen skill sets via educational sessions,
  • learn from the best of the best in the industry, and
  • refresh your perspective and reinvigorate your mind with new methodologies, tools, and knowledge.

 

Registration fee includes:

  • 3.5 days of educational sessions, specifically designed with the environmental design professional in mind.
  • Keynote Speaker Majora Carter and 3 plenary sessions.
  • Multiple informative panels, group presentations, as well as posters and shorts.
  • Exhibit Hall with access to valuable vendors.
  • A chance to meet with friends, both new and old.

 

Official registrants are eligible to attend all social events, meals, and educational sessions. All attendees must have a full registration and badge to enter the Exhibit Hall and sessions.

All registrations must be accompanied by full payment (credit card/check) to reserve your place at the event.

Cancellation Policy: Written requests for cancellations or refunds must be postmarked prior to April 28, 2017, to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Phone requests will NOT be accepted. Credit card refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of written request prior to April 28, 2017. No-shows are not refundable under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.

EDRA reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. EDRA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation.

PCI Compliance: Per standard of the Payment Card Industry, EDRA has met the requirements of the Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). In order to protect your privacy, please do not email your credit card information to our office.


Photo/Audio/Video Release: As part of our mission to provide education, best practices and other information from leaders in their fields, speakers, panelists and audience members should be aware that we may record all or part of the events we organize, including comments from speakers, panelists, and audience members. The resulting raw and edited materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings, and associated verbatim transcripts, may be used by EDRA, without restriction, in press releases, white papers, convention collateral, websites and other publications.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including EDRA volunteers) may capture your image in photos and videos. Nevertheless, EDRA encourages event attendees to exercise common sense and good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the Events. EDRA uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including publication on the EDRA website.
