Individual Membership

As an individual member of EDRA, you have access to a host of networking and professional development opportunities, as well as a resource center full of cutting-edge research. Additional benefits include:

  • Discounted EDRA conference fee
  • Free downloads of current and historical Conference Proceedings
  • Membership in any of EDRA’s Knowledge Networks
  • Access to the E&B Bibliography, a searchable annotated citation list of hundreds of E&B publications.
  • Discounts on several research publications including: Research Design Connections, Environment & Behavior and Journal of Architectural and Planning Research.

EDRA offers a variety of individual membership levels

Memberships are for 12 months from the month of membership signup.

Student: $75

Receive all of the benefits of regular membership. Students will be asked to verify student status subsequent to joining.

Available to individuals for the first three years after college graduation.

Emeritus: $75

Available to retirees who have previously held regular EDRA membership.

*Placemaker and Wayfinder members of EDRA make possible significant student member scholarships helping to ensure sustaining generations of EDRA members. It is their voluntary contribution to the organization that guarantees its long term health and growth.

Organizational Membership

Organizational members include private businesses, non‐profit organizations, universities and other educational institutions whose interests and purposes are consistent with EDRA’s mission.

$600/2 designated members

Membership benefits include:

  • 2 regular individual memberships (additional regular individual memberships at $125 each)
  • unlimited student/young practitioner memberships at $50 each
  • 1 library copy of the annual conference proceedings
  • reduced conference registration fees for all company/university department staff
  • recognition in conference program
  • recognition on EDRA website
  • 1 free job placement notice per year
  • full access to the member’s only area of the EDRA website, which contain research papers and back issues of conference proceedings
